The main course (a potato and caramelized onion galette, made with my first true pastry crust, which turned out perfectly flaky, if I may say...it was sooooo good!)

Uncle Brian and Aunt Diana shared the night with us...

...and came with presents!! Just after this photo was taken, Evan was feeling the package when it suddenly started honking. The look of surprise on his face was classic!!
